What is the ADU Model Plan Library?

An Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is a second and complete living space. These small homes can provide additional housing and supplemental income to homeowners.

The ADU Model Plans Library is a resource to learn more about ADUs and plan for building an ADU in the future. The library contains pre-approved model Plans for detached ADUs that can be purchased from the designer to build on your property.
