The City of Flagstaff's Priority Based Budget Process is driven by seven Key Community Priorities, as well as more specific Objectives within each Priority. These Priorities and Objectives are regularly brought for review by the citizens, and revised by the Mayor, Vice-Mayor, and City Council.
