The Flagstaff Backyard Cottage Model Plan Library is now OPEN! Visit the website at: Flagstaff ADU Model Plans Library to view the winning designs, now available for purchase.

The Backyard Cottage Model Plan Library will offer Flagstaff community members tools to simplify and reduce the costs of constructing a Backyard Cottageand accelerate housing availability in Flagstaff.

Designers and architects participated in a model plan competition to help create our library. More than 30 plans were submitted and reviewed by a committee made up of community members and City staff. They selected 10 designs to be included in the Model Plan Library.
